Directory service is one of HorTel¡¯s Customer Assistance Service,
which provides telephone numbers upon enquiry for HorTel's customers
who dial 141. The computerized enquiry system, which uses up-to-date
technology to enable for a faster response time and up-to-date information.
There are well trained HorTel operators, to facilitate all enquiries
nationwide. For all enquiries, callers will only need to provide
the full name and location of the enquired telephone number. The
information provided will be in the form of a telephone number only.
Special emphasis is given on data integrity and speed of answer.
To meet this requirement, a caller must be prepared with the specific
name and location of the enquiry to help the Customer Service Assistant
to locate the number enquired.
Directory service operator also offers to the customer information
about call durations, call charges and last caller identification.
The enquiry serve charges are free.
101 ¨C GSM Customer Care:
GSM Customer service centre is also one of HorTel¡¯s Customer Assistance
Service which assists GSM customer when the customer:-
¡¤ Defected or blocked SIM Card.
¡¤ Have problem recharging.
¡¤ Hear a busy signal or engaged tone.
¡¤ Have no signal strength.
¡¤ Can¡¯t hear callers.
¡¤ Conversation words are clipped or
cut off.
¡¤ Have a problem how to activate features.
151 Line Fault Reporting Centre:
To report a telephone fault, please call telephone: 151 tall free.
On submitting this fault registration, a service representative
will answer to confirm that the fault has been logged and to verify/acquire
more details, if necessary.
Please note that this facility is only for normal telephone line
faults.
Mobile faults need to be reported to telephone: 101
