How to get a new line or additional lines?

Process & Documentation


1. Fill in the telephone subscription manual form and submit it with full address and a copy of your identification card.

2. Whenever there is an availability of lines, then you will be notified by your address phone to come to the centre office to make the contract. We are trying to install your telephone line within 40 Hours.

3. Please note, we cannot be guaranteed to install your line within appointed time unless you:

- Pay the installation charge
- Sign the agreement form.


Pay

1. Home line ¨C US$ 50 Installation Fees.
2. Business line ¨C US$ 30 Installation Fees.

How to transfer line from one location to another?

Process & Documentation

Complete a ¡°Telephone Transfer Form¡± and submit it with a form of identification card to the central that you follow.

3. From centre to an other centre $10 reinstallation fee.
4. Within Centre [location to location] US$ 5 reinstallation fee.

How to transfer line to another person?

Process & Documentation


Either you are transferring to a close family member, or to any one outside your family, and in both cases you should come to the centre office that you follow with the person that you will transfer the telephone to him and fill in the ¡°transfer form¡±. The centre will confirm your paying for the last bill. Then the centre will send a copy of the new contract to the billing dept at the centre.
